I call Pizza 4'P the best Pizza restaurant in town

Pizza 4’P is probably one of the most known Pizza restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Now it has more than 10 branches around the city. I have tried all of its branches in District 1but I like the most the branch in Ben Thanh.

One of the things that I like the most about this branch is the open kitchen that they have, which allows customers to see the process of how their pizza is baked in the big stove downstairs while they enjoy their meal on the second floor.

Aside from the ambiance and atmosphere, some of the food at Pizza 4’P is also something to rave about. I personally love their burrata on the salad and pizzas, as well as their pesto and crab spaghetti. What’s even better is that they offer the option to divide your pizza with two different toppings, perfect for sharing with friends and family.

But food quality and the nice atmosphere are not what I like the most about Pizza 4’P. What I like the most about them is their top-notch customer service. I have personally experienced their outstanding service when we were not satisfied with the taste of the wine we ordered. The staff suggested changing it, but we declined. When we paid, they did not count the wine and even gave us two wine vouchers for our next visit. Although we never used those vouchers, their kind gesture left a lasting impression on us.

What’s even more impressive is that I have heard from others that Pizza 4’P has also gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. For instance, some customers have complained about the food quality, and the restaurant has either delivered a new one to replace it or provided vouchers for the next visit.

Lastly, I appreciate that Pizza 4’P takes the time to respond to all reviews on Google, whether it is a complaint or a compliment. Their responses are always polite and thankful, showing that they value their customers’ feedback.
