Fight aging skin and acne with masks from rice paper, green tea, lemon and honey

Yes, it is rice paper but I am not gonna guide you how to make spring rolls 🙂 I reveal you a secret that I have used to reduce large pores, fight acne, increase moisture for my face skin and make it looks healthier.
When women are no longer in their 20s, many start to worry about your aging skin problem. The combination of Lemon, Honey and Green Tea has been known as a magic drink that helps you fight health problems concerning heart, throat and skin….What about having this combination set by a layer of rice paper as a face mask?

Preparation:

– 1 rice paper sheet cut into pieces that fit different places on your face

– 1/2 tsp lemon juice

– 1 tsp honey

– Two green tea bags, 100 ml water.

Direction:

– Boil water.

– Put tea bag in a small cups. Pour boiled water over the tea. Wait for 2 minutes for the tea completely dissolved into the water.

– Add in honey, lemon juice. Stir well.

– Pour the mixture into a deep plate.

– Soak in the rice paper pieces. Wait for 1 minute for them to absorb the substances and become soft.

– Cover your whole face with the rice paper pieces.

– Let the mask set and dry. It takes about 25-30 minutes. You can use you hand and lightly massage your face to make the substance absorb better into your skin.

– Remove and lightly wash your face with warm water. Your face now feels relaxing and soft and smooth.

With its natural antimicrobial properties, honey also helps promote healing and prevent infection which is perfect for improving the skin affected by acne and pimples.

Lemon juice is rick in vitamin C, citric acid which can helps brighten your skin, reduce pigmentation, dark spots or melasma on your face. It also helps to reduce excess oil. Finally rice paper with para-aminobenzoic acid, vitamin B and the presence of allantoin and tyrosinase in it helps to protect skin from sun, brighten skin, promote skin repair, and boost new cell production and slows down the aging process.
